Annual General Meeting

Conference Presentations
Speakers presentations that were given at the recent GCL &TSA conference are now available for view in the Presentation Archive in the members area.
Scottish TSA/GCL Professional clothes Care Conference 2009
The annual GCL/TSA Scottish Clothes Care Conference is scheduled to take place on Sunday September 13th at the Alona Hotel, Strathclyde Park which located just two minutes off the M74 at Junction 6.
Timed to run from 10.00 until 16.30 this conference is promising to be even better than the one held last year and is also FREE to the first 70 delegates to book a place within 30 days from July 1st.

Membership Renewals
The renewals for Guild membership are now being sent out, with the current fiancial climate we are not increasing the membership fee of £68 for this membership year.
Joint Industries Conference
On Saturday the 28th March the Joint Industries Conference took place. The event was very well attended with over 100 delegates of which over 40 were practising dry cleaners.
The days speakers gave excellent papers sharing a wealth of knowledge and experience with the delegates. Along with the experiences of Simon Weston shared with us this event proved to be an excellent day for all who attended.

Ask The Experts
Members of the Guild can now use the members area of the website and have access to our new Ask The Experts Section.
You can submit questions and ask advice on all aspects of your dry cleaning and laundry business.
We will post the questions and answers on the website so it build into a valuable information resource for you to access at any time.
Some of these questions and answers will also be used in another new service for members called 'Talking Point' where tips and tricks from experienced members can be shared within the Guild network of professionals who care about our industry and their business
